Steel mill disc granulation binder

Henan Jinhan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has developed a new type of disc granulation binder. The JHW21-S series products have been well applied in pelletizing.
(1) Due to strong adhesion and low dosage, it can improve the grade of pellets and reduce the SiO2 content in pellets.
(2) Enhance the compressive strength of pellets, meeting or exceeding the quality standards of first-grade pellets.
(3) Due to the inclusion of an oxidizing agent, it can reduce the total heat consumption of pellets.
(4) Increase the micro-pores in pellets, with less residue, improving the reducibility of pellets.
(5) Reduce the slagging rate during smelting.
